It is the height of the browser window the web page is loaded in, which scripts on the page see and which decides what counts as visible while the page loads. With the default value, the Chromium engine uses a window as tall as the pdf page (when ManagedContentTrimming is true) and the Blink engine a window one pdf page tall, while with the WebKit engines the window has almost no height: content that a script sizes from the window height or that is sized with CSS viewport units can then be missing, so set a height (for example 768) for such pages.
With the default value, the WebKit, WebKit Restricted and Blink engines can also leave out or cut the content of frames; set a height for pages with frames.
This property can also be set directly in the constructor of HtmlToPdf class.
