Gets the document-level bookmark (outline) collection. Use this to add navigation entries that appear in the PDF reader's outline pane.

Remarks
Bookmarks added here apply to both new documents (created via HtmlToPdf or new PdfDocument()) and loaded documents. Any bookmarks auto-generated from HTML markers during conversion are also exposed through this collection. Set PageMode to UseOutlines to have readers open with the bookmark pane visible.
