Remarks
Any selector the rendering engine understands - "#content", ".infobox", "table.wikitable tbody". A selector that matches nothing fails the conversion.

Note: Honored by the Blink and Chromium rendering engines. The WebKit engines match an element id themselves and cannot take a selector: with those, use VisibleWebElementId, which every engine honors.
