index  Int32

The zero based index where to insert the bookmark.

text  String

The bookmark text.

pageIndex  Int32

Zero-based index of the destination page.

X coordinate on the destination page, in points (origin at top-left).

y  Single

Y coordinate on the destination page, in points (positive going down).
