Parameters

x  Single

The element X position, in client-area coordinates.

y  Single

The element Y position, in client-area coordinates.

htmlString  String

The html string content.

baseUrl  String

Base url used to resolve relative paths in the html string. An http or https base url is also the page's own address and origin.
