Signs the PDF document with an external signer - a key held in a hardware security module, a smart card or a key service.

Parameters

signer  IPdfExternalSigner
The signer that produces the signature value with its private key.
Remarks
The signer is asked for the signature value when the document is saved. DigestAlgorithm and EnableLtv apply as they do to a signature made with a certificate file.
