Creates a Word section from a stream that can be added to the header or footer templates of a pdf document.

x Single: The X position where this element will be rendered.
y Single: The Y position where this element will be rendered.
width Single: The width of the destination rectangle.
stream Stream: A readable stream positioned at the start of the document. It is read when the section is first rendered; the format is detected from the content unless Format names one.
