The TimeStampAuthority type exposes the following members.

 | Password | Gets or sets the TSA password (when the server requires authentication). |
| Server | Gets or sets the TSA server URL. |
| TimeOut | Gets or sets the TSA connection timeout, in SECONDS. Zero, the default, leaves the underlying request's own timeout in place. |
| UserName | Gets or sets the TSA user name (when the server requires authentication). |
