Creates an image object that can be added to the header or footer templates of a pdf document.

Parameters

x  Single
The X position where this element will be rendered.
y  Single
The Y position where this element will be rendered.
width  Single
The destination rectangle width.
imageStream  Stream
The image stream.
Remarks
The image object is created from the specified stream that will be rendered at the position (x,y) in the pdf header or footer with the specified destination width and the height auto determined to keep the aspect ratio.
