With WebGL off the engine skips the software graphics initialization it would otherwise perform for every conversion, which makes conversions noticeably faster on Windows. Everything else, 2D canvas included, renders the same.

Set this property to True when the converted pages draw with WebGL (map or 3D chart libraries, for example): without it no WebGL context can be created and such content does not render.

Note: This is used only by the Chromium rendering engine.
