Remarks
The default value is All.

Keeping the cache makes later conversions of pages that share resources faster. Set Clear when conversions run on behalf of different users whose responses must stay separate, or ThirdParty to keep only resources from other sites than the converted page's own.

The setting applies when the engine runs inside the application; a conversion that runs in its own engine process always starts with an empty cache.
