With false, content wider than the web page width is cut at the right edge, as a browser cuts it when it prints. With true, a page that lays out wider than WebPageWidth is laid out again at its own width, at most four times the web page width, and the whole page is scaled down to fit, so a wide table or a long preformatted line appears complete, smaller.
An element the page keeps off screen (a menu at left: 100%, a carousel) widens the layout the same way, so such a page comes out smaller than expected; the four-fold cap bounds it. Ignored with WebPageFixedSize, which converts the page at exactly the given size.
