Gets or sets a value indicating whether the produced document is a tagged (accessible) PDF carrying a logical-structure tree, suitable for PDF/UA. The default is false.

Remarks
When enabled, the HTML rendering engine emits marked content and a structure tree that is re-mapped onto the output document. Set Title and, optionally, Language for a fully conformant accessible document. PdfA3A output implies tagging.
