Gets or sets the rendering engine, and where it runs. When not set, the value of RenderingEngine at the time of the conversion is used.

Chromium runs the engine on this machine, from the native package installed with the application; ChromiumRemote sends the conversion to the selectpdf/engine container addressed by EngineEndpoint.
